At Home Pampering


There are a ton of amazing masks out there, but nothing beats (in my opinion) using natural products and really making it to fit your specific skin type. One of my favorite ingredients to use is turmeric for fighting my acne. All you need is:

- 1/2 tsp turmeric

- 1 tbsp yogurt

Mix this simple recipe together, apply to clean skin, and leave for 20-25 minutes. You will immediately notice cleaner and softer skin as well as a natural glow because of the turmeric powder. I love it!

For your spa, all you need for your At Home Spa is:

- 1 cup of bath-salts

- Candles

- Coconut oil

- Lavender bubble soap

- Your fav relaxing playlist

I've recently have dowloaded to Calm app (it's free) and has definitely helped me.

The candles and soap add to the relaxing mood, and the bath salts leave your skin feeling hydrated and extra smooth. I use the coconut oil for my hair and leave it in as I do my relaxing in the tub. You can also add essential oils, different bubble soap, etc. This is really a time for you to focus on yourself and what makes you happy so feel free to mix it up!
