Someone once told me that if I was feeling depressed I was thinking too much about the past. And when feeling anxious I was most likely stressing too much about the future. Life can be overwhelming for everyone as we all have our own internal battles to deal with but being aware of focusing on the present can help maintain our inner peace and overall well being. We got this!!!
